Partnered with Marketing Ops to reimagine and refresh Zuora’s email templates, which were previously updated in 2021.
Project involved gathering inputs including module needs, use cases, and self-service components, as well as researching current email design best practices and competitor studies. Updated templates incorporate net new brand visuals, modules, components and layouts.
